Your appointment at Halo Studio is reserved just for you, and that scheduled time for you is very important to your stylist and/or esthetician. We understand that life happens and sometimes you need to reschedule. We just respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please take into consideration that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, a waiting list guest will miss the opportunity to fill that appointment. Reminders are sent out 48 hours in advance to confirm your appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will apply if not cancelled within 24hrs. If you "No Show" for an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
